About Kristen Kavan

Kristen Kavan is the founder of Kristen Kavan Law, LLC. As an attorney, her practice forcuses on health law, business law, and contract review. She previously worked as the Director of Operations for Physician Focused where she worked directly with physicians. Prior to Physician Focused, Kristen worked as a Bankruptcy Attorney for Berumen Law Firm.

Ms. Kavan is a graduate of Pepperdine University and Creighton University Law School. Kristen resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband and two children.

About Steven Stratman

Steven Stratman is the founder of Stratman Law, LLC. His practice focuses on health care employment law, medical practice entities, business law, and real estate law.

Mr. Stratman is a Director of Wiss, Janney, Elstner, a national Engineering and Architectural firm headquartered in Northbrook, Illinois, and also serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska, where he is an Instructor in Business Law, Business Ethics and other subjects. Prior to his current private practice, he served as the Deputy General Counsel of First Data Corporation, a global payment processing, and financial services company as well as a partner at Kutak Rock, a national law firm headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska.

He previously co-founded and served as Chief Financial Officer and Legal Counsel for a retail franchise that operated in five States. He and his wife were founding members of the Center for Real Estate at Marquette University.

Mr. Stratman’s charitable activities have included service on the Governing Board, Executive Committee and Development Committee of Creighton Prep and a Capital Campaign Steering Committee for Catholic Charities – Omaha. He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas (MN) and the University of Notre Dame Law School. Mr. Stratman and his wife reside in Omaha, Nebraska.

About Lauren Myrberg

Lauren manages the day-to-day operations & finances at Physicians Thrive, administratively supporting her colleagues so they can effectively provide our clients with the best possible outcome in all areas of their professional lives. Lauren interned with us for two years while attending classes at Northwest Missouri State, recently graduating with a degree in Mathematics and Data Science, and a minor in Economics. Not letting any grass grow under her feet, she is currently studying for the first actuary exam in order to sit for it this coming spring.

In her free time, Lauren likes hanging out with friends, taking pictures, exploring photography, and playing with her dog.

About Betsy Rubendall

Betsy Rubendall has been with Physicians Thrive for 9 years. She oversees public education for Physicians Thrive and is driven to create awareness for how physicians can prepare for the future with confidence. Prior to her current role, she managed the day-to-day operations and finances at Physicians Thrive as well as our Contract Review Services. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln which she uses when coordinating between outside vendors, business advisors, colleagues, and clients.

Betsy has been married to Darren for 19 years and they have 2 daughters, a cat, and 2 herding dogs. She enjoys cheering at her girls’ soccer games and dance recitals, serving as the Troop Coordinator of their local American Heritage Girls troop, gardening, and being active within the family’s church body.

About Trevor Monroe

Trevor is a Financial Planner that coordinates our efforts in the Tampa Bay area. With an extensive background in hospitality, Trevor has brought the relationship building as well as thoughtful anticipation to ensure his clients needs and goals are the top priority. Kyle Wort joined Larson Financial Group in 2012. He made the move to Larson Financial Group after 5 years in the financial industry, including experience at both a large financial investment company and a smaller registered investment advisor. Derrick joined Larson Financial Group in 2012 to lead the Jacksonville, FL office. Blake was inspired to join Larson Financial for many reasons, specifically our team atmosphere, the driving passion, and strong work ethic of all the employees.  He has a passion for details and is a quick learner. Also quick witted, Blake loves to share in a good laugh with everyone.

He was born and raised in St. Charles, Missouri and his family on both sides have resided there since the mid-1800s.

Blake has many interests and enjoys golf, playing the piano, spending time with his family, watching any and every sport on TV, Sudoku puzzles and listening to music.
